Directions: 

Soak for up to 24 hours in clean water. Drain, replace with fresh water and blend until a ” gel ” like consistency appears, store in a glass container in the fridge, lasting up 2-3 weeks. Take a minimum of 1 tablespoon spoon per day(do not exceed 2 tablespoons a day) Add directly to shakes, hot water, stews, soups and salads or as desired.
